Do I need to sign up or connect my wallet?+

No. Paste your wallet address so we can read your tier, then send USDC from that same wallet. We never ask you to sign anything or connect.

Why does it have to be the same wallet?+

That's how we prove you're a holder without a wallet connection. Only the owner of the address can send from it, so the discount can't be claimed with someone else's bag.

Where does the discount come from?+

Creator rewards from $PRISM trading go into a subsidy pool. When you buy a voucher, the pool pays the gap between your discounted price and the full face value.

How do I receive the code?+

It appears on screen as soon as the purchase clears, usually within a minute. Copy it or screenshot it — with no account, the order link is your only receipt.

Who can buy?+

Holders only. You need at least 100K $PRISM to unlock the Spark tier, and holding more raises your discount. Each wallet can buy up to $500 a day.

What if something goes wrong?+

If your balance drops below your tier before payment lands, or a card can't be delivered, your USDC is refunded to the wallet it came from.
